Hello! I'm Esmée. Welcome to Wobbly Broom Books. I’m a full-time speech-language pathologist and children’s author who believes in the magic of imagination, friendship, and courage. Through my imprint, Wobbly Broom Books, founded in 2025, I write whimsical stories that sparkle with heart and wonder—tales where brooms might wobble, moons might listen, and bravery begins with a whisper.

Never trust a wobbly broom… until you trust yourself, too.

That’s the spirit behind my debut picture book, a story that reminds children (and grown-ups) that believing in yourself is the strongest kind of magic.

When I'm not writing stories for children, you’ll find me journaling, sipping tea, or discovering bits of wonder in everyday life. Born and raised in the Bay Area, I now live in Sacramento, California, with my fur baby, Kai.
