Refund & Return Policy
Wobbly Broom Books
Last Updated: October 28, 2025
At Wobbly Broom Books, we value our readers and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our books are distributed through multiple channels, please review the following guidelines for returns and refunds.
1. Books Purchased Through Retailers (Amazon, IngramSpark, etc.)
If you purchased your book through a third-party retailer such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Bookshop.org, or any bookstore supplied by IngramSpark, please refer to that retailer’s return and refund policies.
Each retailer manages its own transactions, shipping, and refunds independently.
We unfortunately cannot issue refunds or replacements for purchases made through third-party platforms.
For your convenience:
-
Amazon: Amazon Return Policy
-
Barnes & Noble: Barnes & Noble Return Policy
2. Direct Purchases from Wobbly Broom Books
If you purchased directly from www.wobblybroombooks.com (for example, signed copies, event sales, or merchandise), the following applies:
-
Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective.
-
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue.
-
Items must be unused and in original condition for eligibility.
-
We are not able to offer refunds for digital downloads, eBooks, or personalized signed copies.
To request a replacement or refund for an eligible item, email us at hello@wobblybroombooks.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
3. Event & Workshop Sales
All event and pop-up shop purchases are final sale, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
4. Shipping Delays or Issues
Once shipped, Wobbly Broom Books is not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or incorrect addresses entered during checkout. Please contact the carrier directly with tracking information.
